Paramount Airways
Mr. Thiagarajan, the CEO of Paramount Airways says:
Whether it is the gilded crockery or the linen serviette or the personal warm attention that our cabin crew gives to every passenger, our goal is to pamper our passengers.
He had certainly pampered Kenneth. His own account:
So they booked me on seat no 1 on the 1950 flight – offered me a car and driver to go home and come. I said I would sit in the lounge and work – they said fine, eat and drink as much as you want. As I sat down to eat, got a call – ‘there is a jet flight leaving in 10 minutes – would you like to go on that?’ So I went on that with about 5 people to carry my luggage, zip me through security and put me on the plane which was kept waiting for my arrival. Nice to be the only person on an airport bus.
Having myself traveled with Paramount twice, I tell you, the experience is one of a kind. The treatment would be like as if you are a business man, flying in first class. I think, its hostesses are much prettier in being pink than the ones being in reds. Atleast, they look more gentle & humane than being hot & wild. More than that, you get free access to airport lounge, utterly spacious seats with the absence of middle seats & in-flight gourmet meal. With Paramount, you feel like as if you are in a private/corporate jet or something. Of course, there isn’t any personal video screens comparing the Kingfishers. But who wants a CEO to come & greet you every time with his numerous toy planes?
From a thriving textile business to a fledgling aviation business? Flying aircrafts for real? That too from south? When every other guy headed to establish a low cost carrier, forming a business class airline? I think what he has done is pretty remarkable. Wishing my best.
Check out what Seth says about being remarkable:

Probably, they are well spiced up. Spices doesn’t always bring taste to the food. Some for smell, some for looks & some just to stick to the recipe. :)
