Issue is what?

Scene: IM conversation between customer support & engineering.
Cast: Feminine G & Masculine B.

G: Is this KI in Bizarre product?
B: What is KI?
G: KI means Known Issue.
B: It cannot mean that way. Becos, I donno abt it.
G: I think, now you got it.
B: It is actually an Unknown Issue.
G: You want me to call it as UI?
B: May be.
G: Are you kidding? No one would understand that way.
B: Ok. Lets do this way. U & I can call this as UI.
G: Get this info soon. Is this a UI in Bizarre product?
B: Arrgh! I don’t get it. UI?
G: Better you know, man!
B: UI means User Interface. I cannot stand that.
G: That was your suggestion.
B: Lets refer it as NI. Taking the second letter.
G: That wud make it Network Interface.
B: How abt taking the 2nd letter of both the words; NS.
G: Hmm! That wud be NonSense!!
B: Oh! Yeah!
G: Now that you know what KI is, why not call it as Known Issue?
B: Good. You are making sense.
G: Now tell me, is this a Known Issue in Bizzare?
B: Nope. It is an Unknown Issue!
