Azhagu + Ilayaraaja

How come the music for both ‘Azhagi’ and ‘Azhagan’ are composed by Ilayaraaja?

Is that the way we relate ‘Azhagu’ with ‘Ilayaraaja’?

*Update:* Did u notice that both Azhagi and Azhagan in their respective movies are non-Tamil artistes?

    Azhagan is not done by Ilayaraaja.

    Its music is composed by Maragatha Mani.
